Fracturing

Our oil fracturing solutions provide specific formulations to maximize hydrocarbon recovery, increase reservoir permeability, and optimize production processes.

  • TC MeOH: Helps to decrease liquid surface tension and improve fluid passage through pipes in either direction.
  • TC MSOL: Used as a mutual solvent and is an environmentally safe, high-performance solvent system for removing and solubilizing deposits of organic material during well completion and stimulation operations.
  • TC HCL: Commonly used in oil and gas well stimulation, especially in carbonate formations, typically in 15% or 28% solutions of hydrochloric acid.
  • TC HF: Used primarily because it is the only common, inexpensive mineral acid that can dissolve siliceous minerals, typically mixed with TC HCL or organic acid to maintain a low pH during use, preventing detrimental precipitates.

 

  • TC ASA D: Prevents sludge and emulsions when treating with HCL acid and promotes rapid return of the treating fluid to the wellbore after acidizing.
  • TC ASA C: A cationic surfactant with a dual function, providing both anti-sludge properties and additional non-emulsifying characteristics.
  • TC ASA A: An anionic surfactant that acts as an asphaltene dispersant and anti-sludge agent.
  • TC SURF 101: A nonionic surfactant that is both cost-effective and water-based, developed to reduce both surface and interfacial tension.
  • TC SURF CN: A cationic surfactant that provides excellent water wetting characteristics with good foaming tendency.
  • TC FOAM A: An agent that provides excellent water wetting characteristics and is designed to be used as a foaming agent.
  • TC HI FOAM: A mixture of surfactants employed to alter the properties of the liquid that accumulates in wells by reducing the density of liquid or residue.
  • TC MUD LUBE EP 6000: A surfactant-based lubricant suitable for use in non-aqueous drilling fluids, blending organic surfactants and modified fatty acids.
  • TC RIG -CLEAN 1000: A surfactant for surface cleaning applications.
  • TC RIG -CLEAN 2000: A blend of surfactants and solvents used in casing cleanup operations, soluble in all common brines.
  • TC RIG -CLEAN 9000: A solvent-based cleaner used to remove oil-wet solids from casing; neat pill and insoluble in water.
  • TC ATMP: A phosphoric acid used as a scale inhibitor, deflocculant, sequestrant, and corrosion inhibitor.

  • TC EMU A: An emulsifier used to produce oil-external emulsions with HCl or HCl combined with an organic acid.
  • TC GEL G: An anionic guar derivative used as a gelling agent for oil and gas hydraulic fracturing fluids to suspend proppant.
  • TC 5500 G: A conventional guar-based gelling agent.
  • TC GUAR R: A refined guar-based gelling agent with low residue content and thermal stability.
  • TC GUAR HP: A gelling agent based on HPG with high thermal stability and low residue content, used in oil wells with medium-high bottom temperature.
  • TC HEC: A high molecular weight cellulose ether with high viscosity, easily dissolved in hot or cold water, used as a viscosity modifier, water retention agent, suspending agent, and stabilizer.
  • TC HEC G: A high molecular weight cellulose ether with high viscosity, easily dissolved in hot or cold water, used as a viscosity modifier, water retention agent, suspending agent, and stabilizer.
  • TC CLAY S: A quaternary coordination complex that is ecologically friendly and inhibits clay swelling by ionic charge.
  • TC Shale Star: Functions as an organic multivalent clay inhibitor in polymer-based drilling, workover, and completion fluids; a liquid alternative to KCl, offering full water solubility and environmental compatibility.
  • TC SHALE D: Functions as a shale inhibitor in polymer-based drilling, workover, and completion fluids; inhibits the swelling of shales or gumbo clays and serves as a liquid alternative to KCl with full water solubility.
  • TC KCL: Used to create a fluid barrier to prevent mobilization of clays, which can plug fractures.
  • TC CLAY STAB LQ 1000: A neutral ethoxylated polyamine-based shale stabilizer.
  • TC CLAY INHIB 9000: A low molecular weight non-ionic polymer, 100% active, for clay inhibition in powder form.
  • TC BIO G: Used for rapid and complete bacterial kill with a decreased likelihood that the bacteria develop tolerance to the chemical.
  • TC BIO A: A quaternary ammonium-based biocide that acts as a powerful biocide in oilfield drilling and water treatment.
  • TC BIOCIDE GLUT 2000: A glutaraldehyde-based biocide for water-based drilling fluids and packer fluids; not compatible with sulphite and bisulfite-based scavengers.
  • TC TEMP: Effectively stabilizes frac gels used in high-temperature operations.
  • TC TEMP 200: Provides polymer fluids for high-temperature wells, resulting in significant improvement; binds with remaining traces of oxygen and metal ions present in the solution.
  • TC PHPA L: Designed to improve the viscosity of drilling muds; used as a viscosifier, shale inhibitor, and clay stabilizer, among other functions.

  • TC NaOH L: Used to maintain or increase pH; increasing pH with caustic soda precipitates magnesium (Mg²⁺) and suppresses calcium (Ca²⁺) in high hardness waters.
  • TC X B: An economical boron-based crosslinker for guar gels that cross-links very quickly and has great consistency.
  • TC X Cr: An effective chromium (III) based additive for crosslinking anionic polyacrylamide gels; suitable for use in hard water and brines.
  • TC X Zr: A zirconium-based crosslinker designed specifically for high-temperature applications.
  • TC GEL X: Formulated to break effectively when used in guar and modified guar-based systems.
  • TC N SAND: Natural sands such as industrial monocrystalline quartz with high purity and structural integrity; available in 30/50, 40/70, 30/80, and 70/140 meshes.
